VLC Media Player: Free & Open Source Media Player (works as a good mp3 player too)
Twobird: My favourite email app
Notability: Great note taking by the makers of Twobird (effectively payware, $14/year)
Goodnotes: Notability alternative if you aren't into subscriptions or are Windows/Android ($30 one-time purchase)
Arc: Arguably the best web browser
Blender: Great, open-source 3D modelling
Notion: Web & app; good, free project management
Notion Calendar: Good calendar, syncs well with Notion
DaVinci Resolve: Good, free (although some features are locked behind a paywall, most are not) NLE client
